For the easiest and most enjoyable tour of Antwerpen, the lovely city-on-the- water, take the bike! Ride along the river quays, go to the left bank to admire the view of the city, drift through the city centre, visit the fashion quarter, the diamond quarter, pass historic monuments and then stop for a ‘Bolleke’ beer at one of the many outdoor cafes or pubs where you will certainly meet a local who will be pleased to point out yet more not-to- be-missed sights of his or her city!
