Crowne Plaza Antwerpen’s ANNA Living & Bar is named after the famous St Anna beach on the left bank of the river Scheldt. St Anna was a small village much loved and visited by the city people who took the ferry boat across the river for a taste of the famous mussels of “Sint Anneke”… In the meantime St Anna beach has once again regained its place as a recreational venue for Antwerp. It has a permanent beach along the river but there is also a choice of restaurants and cafés, an open-air swimming pool, a yacht club, the Galgenweel water complex, play areas and the St Anna forest.
